About The Kings School

Founded in 1831, The King's School is Australia's oldest independent school. The school is located on a 148-hectare (370-acre) suburban campus in North Parramatta, offering a comprehensive education for boys from kindergarten to Year 12. As an independent Anglican, early learning, primary, and secondary day, and boarding school, it caters to about 2,100 students.

The Requirement

To enhance the safety of school maintenance areas and loading zones, by implementing measures that protect school buildings and assets from possible vehicle impacts.

The Challenges

• Impact Resistance: Products must be capable of withstanding vehicle impacts to prevent damage to school property and ensure the safety of the area. This includes selecting barriers and bollards that are specifically designed for high-impact resistance.
